He says he loves me...

I've been going out with my boyfriend for 3 months && 8 days...He's wonderful and he has never hurt me in any way. He's not the problem...the problem is...my ex.
A few weeks ago he sent me a mmsg. saying he still "loved" me..and I think he even made a fake myspace acting like a girl just so he could talk to me. This "girl" talks like him!! And is always online when he is online!! "she" always asks me things like.."do you still like him? He still likes you..Ohh he's going out with some girl.." and because "she" tells me this I tell her..."oh yeaa I still like him but he has a girl." and she writes back saying something like..."Ohh no he's not going out with her they just talked.."
Seriously, I dont know what to do cuz even after all this I still like him[[as a friend]] I want to hate him for doing all this but I dont..Sometimes
I even want to take him back.
Please help me!! I love my bf and I dont want to break up with him for some feelings Im not even sure of.
