A little girl sits quietly in the living room,
Were her grnadfather lay,
She stood up and walked over to him,
Tears began to fall down her cheeks,
He opened his arms and held her tight,
Then whispered softly in her ear,
"shhhhhhhhh,
everything will be ok I promise",
But she new in her heart that it would never be ok,
Tears filled his eyes,
And he held her even tighter,
But then the next morning,
It was all to sudden,
His grip no longer there,
His pulse no longer beating,
She fell to knees and cryed,
why, why did this happen?
The next day she picked up a rose,
That smelled so sweat,
And thought to herself,
You may be gone but part of you remians,
FOREVER,
In my heart you will be,
She twore off the rose peddles,
And let them fly gracefully in the wind,
As she softly whispered,
goodbye grandfather.
