for so long

for so long we've lived in spite
our pride not allowing us to forgive
i blamed you for my problems
for my misery
i needed a mother
but i had pushed you away
you blamed me for the family troubles
you didnt want me around
after many long years
the past has been pushed aside
i finally have my mother
which i've need for so long
