We were together for two years
Two years of my life I'm sad to say I wasted
Being torn between the voices asking
Would we stick it out and make it work
Or will you be another one of those guys
You know? Just another one of the jerks
I know I've done wrong in the past
I'll be the bigger person and admit it
But why do you always come down on me

Cause you can't hide your wrongs
It's like an open book lying right there for me to see
This is how our relationship goes
Break up and make back a couple days after
Just to do it all over again
But I for one can't continue like this
It'll only hurt us more in the end
So as hard as this is for me to say
