Billboard of Misery
Hideous and hateful,
My body screams at the world
A billboard of misery,
Blinding the world.
Seven messages
In seven places
They all scream hate.
Bright and despising
Punishment is rising
Let the words speak out loud.
I won’t be put down
Because of my scars.
Yes they are there,
They scream loud and clear.
But it’s my fault they’re there,
It’s my fault.
My body destroyed
Torn up and shredded
It lays in tatters
On the cold dusty ground.
Though so weak,
I can hardly move,
Somehow there’s no trouble
Creating more messages.
Nothing can stop them,
Once they get out
They don’t come back in.
For always and always
I’m covered with bloody sin.
Wretched and broken,
I’ll lay cast on the ground.
Forgotten and lonely,
Never to be found.
