Better then losing you

Just lately I’ve become so dumb
And my feelings have become so numb
I cant even feel the cold of his aching heart
And I don’t have a clue how to fix it

I’m getting by but its barely even enough to survive
I guess I should just give up and let myself die
But man, I got to try, not just for my sake
His whole entire world is at stake.

He tried to get through to me
But all I gave him was a busy tone
the one you get when somebody else is ringing the telephone
I know I’m stupid but what’s a girl to do
When losing my mind is better then losing you.
