If all I have is life then what’s the point?
I’m alone,
No love,
Nothing to achieve and look forward to…
Then I look at all the good things within my life.

I smile briefly then I go back to my living nightmare I call life.
I’m going do it,
I’ll get rid of the only thing left…
My life.

I run the bath,
I write this letter for you…

I thought you were my night in shining armour,
My dream when I’m awake,
I thought we were on the same page,
Then you snatched my dream away,
You took my life and didn’t even flinch.

The bath was ready,
I took the knife and carved the words,
“I love you always” into my arms
And now you wonder why I’m gone and your alone.
I was and am the only girl you really loved.
But you couldn’t see that until I had left the world for good.
