I never used to cry
I held it in, never let it see
light
I cry inside, but not before
I hid and held to the tears
tight like they were my
life
But no more

I held my rage like tidal
Waves within me
I felt strong for that but
Really... I let Hate
Beat me
But no more

I tried to play everything
off
To hold everything at arms
length
But years went by and I grew
distant
What I failed to realize
Instead of Peace
I had lost my strength
But no more

I want to be an outsider and
So I became...
By the time I realized my
Ignorance
I would be to afraid...
That if I let go now
I'd go insane
But no more

I would cry all day till the,
Dawn was just
Memory
I would sweat and bleed to
Let It All Go...
And so much more
If only in a moment to reside
