Too Sweet - Based on a rock guitarist's life. Decided to keep it the way it is.
Me - I hate writing poems that describe myself but it was a school thing and this is my best shot.
Mirror, Mirror on the Wall - It's 9:00, I haven't started my math homework. But I've decided I don't want to be a math teacher so it's all good....Have you ever wanted to see more then just your reflection in the mirror?
Like Stone - I'm so sick of winter. It's April and yesterday it snowed in my city. P.S.- I'm not sure why I put this in second person. Hmmm...
This Nothing - I AM NOT GOING TO KILL MYSELF!! I wrote this a year ago after a friend of mine said I probably couldn't write a free verse, it sounded like a dare to me.
The Voices in my Head - I'm not crazy. But the voices can be mean.
Your Ghost - My parents are ignoring me, they never listen.
Haunted Fame - I was watching some mind-defragmenting trash TV about celebrity stalkers when I started to wonder...Are the fans the ones making stars psycho?
Remember Our Tears - Anyone know the Cherokee? Well, basically the US government forced them out of their homes in 1838. This poem is based on their brisk, dead-of-winter walk to the reservations during which one fourth of the people died. God bless America.
