I'm trying something new, so stick with me here.
This discussion is about the Rhyme Generator which was put into Beta and place on PoemofQuotes.com yesterday, April 14, 2006.
The point of this discussion is to talk about successes/failures you had while using it. Did it spit out an error? Did it just not give any rhymes at all? Did it give rhymes? Did it give you exactly what you needed?
Any answers to these questions are welcome. Please feel free to speak your mind, just keep it civil.

Rhyme Generator is back online. After some wait, I have decided to return the Rhyme Generator back online as I have found there is no possible way it was using as much memory as stated.
Thank you for being patient. |

Not all the words are guaranteed to rhyme. The longer the word, the better the rhyme selections will be.
The generator will still give words that rhyme with a four letter word, as you see: kurt, burt, girt, wert, quirt, dirt, etc. However it won't be as accurate.
As well, the generator is for poetry, for short words (such as hurt) the ending becomes more important. Since 'hurt' has a hard consonant ending, 'hunt', although not a rhyming word, could easily be exchanged. |
